Hieronder volgt een heel gangbare CV voor de liefhebber. Maar je zou ook kunnen zeggen dat ik veel kamermuziek speel met fantastische musici, muziektheater maak met ingewikkelde regisseurs en nieuwe muziek uitvoer van lastige componisten.

En dit dan in binnen- en buitenland.

Eva Tebbe studeerde harp aan het ARTEZ instituut en aan de Conservatoire Regional de Rueil-Malmaison (Frankrijk) bij Manja Smits en Christine Icart (1995-2000). In 2004 behaalde zij haar Masters diploma met aantekening Kamermuziek aan het Koninklijk Conservatorium van Den Haag bij Ernestine Stoop.

Als soliste, muziektheater performer en als lid van diverse ensembles treedt zij veelvuldig op in binnen- en buitenland tijdens festivals en concertseries. Eva is lid van het septet de EEF VAN BREEN Group (Challenge Jazz) bestaande uit jazz -en klassieke musici. Met Duo BILITIS (twee harpen en zang) hebben Eva Tebbe en Ekaterina Levental een unieke positie weten in te nemen binnen het kamermuziekaanbod in binnen- en buitenland door het programmeren van eigen arrangementen, hedendaags repertoire en schitterend origineel repertoire van veelal 19e eeuwse componisten. Duo Bilitis is winnaar van het Internationaal Kamermuziekconcours Almere 2008, het UITMARKT kamermuziekconcours 2008 en finalist van de International Jewish Music Competition 2010.

Eva houdt zich intensief bezig met het schrijven van transcripties voor de harp om het solo- en kamermuziekrepertoire te vergroten en te verdiepen. Zij brengt regelmatig nieuwe werken in premiere.

Dutch harpist Eva Tebbe received her first harp lessons at the age of ten from the well-known Dutch harpist Manja Smits. In 1994 Eva won the `Donemus-price` for the best performance of a Dutch composition during the prestigious music competition for young Dutch musicians `Het Prinses Christina Concours`. She obtained her Bachelor Degree from the `ARTEZ institut` in 2000. In 1999 and 2000 Eva studied in Suresnes (Paris) and at the `Conservatoire de Rueil-Malmaison` with harpist Christine Icart. She took private lessons from the pianist Frank Peters and the harpist Godelieve Schrama. Eva Tebbe obtained her Masters Degree of Music at the Royal Conservatory of the Hague in the class of Ernestine Stoop (2004). Eva Tebbe took several master classes from harpists of international repute, such as; Marielle Nordmann, Helga Storck, Natalia Schameyeva, Tania Tauer, Andrew-Lawrence King and Isabelle Moretti..

Eva is a member of the Eef van Breen Group and Duo BILITIS. She has performed both as a soloist, music theatre performer and a as member of several ensembles in renowned concert series and venues such as: Muziekgebouw aan t' IJ in Amsterdam (2005-2011), Grachtenfestival in Amsterdam (2006-2011), Concertgebouw Amsterdam (2005,-2011), The Tenth World Harp Congress (2008), International Chamber Music Festival Varna, Bulgaria (2010), Mosel Muzik Festival (2011) and the International Music Festival Baku 2011 (Azerbajian). She participated in music theatre productions by a.o.KORZO Den Haag, Productiehuis Rotterdams Schouwburg/WILco/Nieuw West, Diamantfabriek.

To increase the repertoire for harp Eva is constantly busy writing arrangements. She premiered new works by Jeff Hamburg, Kate Moore, Chiel Meiering, Huba de Graaff, Lowell Dijkstra, Eef van Breen, Gerard Beljon, Boudewijn Tarenskeen and others.
